Logic Problem Solution:
Wrestling Free-4-All
By clue 1, in the World-Wide Women's Wrestling Federation title match,
either the wrestler whose signature move is the HeartPounder won over
Rocquette, Indya defeated the wrestler who applies the Crossed-Legs
Crusher to get opponents to submit, or the wrestler who has made
the Sky Skraper famous overcame Helene Hunt Helmsford. If the one
whose move is the HeartPounder had won the title by beating Rocquette
in the final, then in the semifinals Indya would have defeated the
wrestler whose finishing move is the Crossed-Legs Crusher and Rocquette
would have won over Helene Hunt Helmsford by using the Sky Skraper--by
clue 2, no. If in the finals Indya had vanquished the wrestler who
applies the Crossed-Legs Crusher, the latter would have been one of
the semifinal victors--impossible by clue 1, since the ones employing
the HeartPounder and the Sky Skraper would have won then. Therefore,
the new champion applied the Sky Skraper to Helene Hunt Helmsford to
win the final match. In clue 1, then, in the semifinals new champion
Indya beat the wrestler who uses the Crossed-Legs Crusher; and HHH
used the HeartPounder to stop Rocquette from advancing to the WWWWF
final. By elimination, Christine Jericho applies the Crossed-Legs
Crusher on opponents, while Rocquette ends matches with the Knee Jerk
Reaction. The WWWWF Free-4-All results were
- Semifinals: Indya (Sky Skraper) defeated Christine Jericho
(Crossed-Legs Crusher); Helene Hunt Helmsford (HeartPounder)
defeated Rocquette (Knee Jerk Reaction)
- Indya (Sky Skraper) defeated Helene Hunt Helmsford (HeartPounder)
