Yesterday morning, handyman Hank Hammerwell handled five repair jobs, one being replacing a cracked window, at the Summerset Arms apartments. Each of the units, including the Alexanders', in which Hank worked is on a different floor 1st-5th of the building. From the information below, can you find on which floor and in whose apartment Hank made each repair.

1. Immediately after fixing a leaky faucet in one unit, Hank went up three floors to work in the Haileys' apartment.
2. The job in 301 wasn't the one in the Morgans' apartment.
3. The broken bath tile repair wasn't on the 4th floor.
4. Hank repaired the patio door lock at the apartment one floor below where he worked for the Terrys.
5. After finishing his work at the Waltons', the handyman went down one floor to put in a new electric outlet in one of the apartments.
6. The Terrys don't live on the 5th floor.
